Sofitel Dubai The Palm to Host Latin America’s Best Female Chef 2022 for Culinary Month Dinner!
Sofitel’s Jacob Nava Villarreal joins Manoella Buffara for this five day gastronomic event

Let Sofitel Dubai The Palm spice up your week, with a unique four-hands dinner showcasing the very best of Latin American cuisine. Esteemed chefs Jacob Nava Villarreal, chef de cuisine at Moana Seafood Restaurant and Manoella Buffara named Latin America’s Best Female Chef 2022 (by 50 Best LATAM), will collaborate to offer two delectable menus.
For five nights only, diners will have the opportunity to feast on a delicious six or nine course menu and enjoy a mouth-watering array of Latin American delicacies (priced at Dhs399pp for a 6-course and Dhs599 for a 9-course tasting menu). Highlights of the menu include Kobe wagyu nigiri teriyaki, black truffle / Squid miso, foie gras / Lamb, mustard leaves, demi-glace / Flor de Jamaica, cemé de cassis, agave honey.
The special collaboration kicks off Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s first-ever culinary festival, EPICURE Culinary Month by Sofitel (28th Feb – 31st Mar 2023), inviting epicureans to join them on a delicious journey of gastronomic discovery.
The four-hands dinner will take place on 28th February – 4th March, from 6:30pm.
