22 September 2022, Dubai, UAE: Bussola at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina, extends its newest Mediterranean experience with, Mare by Bussola. The recently renovated, chic new adult-only pool and beach club restaurant is the perfect European oasis for you to unwind and relax.
Having opened its doors on Friday, 19 August, Mare by Bussola invites you in with a menu bursting with Italian flavors, you can expect delicious sea-fresh and classic dishes from Italian Chef Simone, such as elegantly presented seafood platters, exquisite burrata & fresh tomato salads, grilled jumbo prawns, and the freshest of pasta options, paired with an extensive and delectable beverage menu, from classic Italian wines, to cocktails and soft drinks.

Chef Simone said about the specially curated menu, “I’m proud to have created a menu that is undisputedly Italian, and even more undisputedly, full of flavor. Mare by Bussola is a little slice of Italy that offers the perfect backdrop to feeling that authentic Italian seaside and sunshine, and the dishes are a reflection of that.”
Decorated with a muted ocean blue and white linen, tables are positioned around an olive tree center, with an unmistakable ambiance of the Mediterranean, complete with a private entrance and valet parking, this luxe new location is guaranteed to take you on a journey to the Italian Riviera.
Lunch at Mare is daily from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, while the dinner menu is open from 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm. DJ Goran will play peppy beats from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Entry for 16+ and above only. Grab your girlfriends for an adults-only mid-week catch-up on Tuesdays and be transported to the Italian Riviera for Mare by Bussola’s Ladies Day. Enjoy a sunbed and one dish from the Ladies Day Menu. Enjoy unlimited red, white, rosé and pink bubbly.
Amare Mio – From AED 300
The highlight of this launch season is Amare Mio – the pool and beach pass in Mare by Bussola. Anyone above the age of 16 can use this pass to access the pool and cool down by the beach all day from 9:00 am until sunset. Inclusive of unlimited pool and beach access for an entire day as well as valet parking from Monday – Friday, grab the pool and beach pass with no entrance fee and a minimum spend of AED 300. On Saturdays and Sundays, get the pass with no entrance fee and a minimum spend of AED 500.
