With the handover planned for Q4 2022, Berton’s construction isnearing completion

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 2 September 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, recorded an 85% completion rate for Berton, an exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.

The structure and blockwork are now at 100%. The second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) phase is now at 55.6%, while the tile and façade works are at 91.4% and 88%, respectively. Elevator construction is 97% complete, and 72% of the overall finishes are done.
